By using Webion.in or hiring our development services, you agree to these legally binding terms.

1. Services Offered

• Custom web & mobile app development.

• UI/UX design, API integration, cloud hosting, and maintenance.

• Project timelines and deliverables will be defined in a separate contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements, content, and feedback on time.

• Make timely payments as per the agreed milestones.

• Ensure legal rights to any materials (logos, trademarks) shared with us.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Pre-Development: All ideas, wireframes, and proposals remain Webion’s property until full payment.

• Post-Development: Full IP rights transfer to the client upon 100% payment completion.

• Open-Source Components: Licensed under their respective terms (MIT, GPL).

4. Payments & Invoicing

• 30-50% advance payment before project initiation.

• Milestone-based payments (agreed in the contract).

• Late payments incur a 2% monthly penalty.

5. Cancellation & Termination

• Clients may cancel with a written notice.

• Paid advances are non-refundable if work has commenced.

• Webion reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or policy violations.

6. Liability & Warranty

• We ensure bug-free delivery but do not guarantee 100% error-free performance post-launch.

• Maintenance/support can be provided under a separate SLA (Service Level Agreement).

• Not liable for indirect damages (data loss, business interruptions).

7. Dispute Resolution

• Governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].

• Arbitration preferred over litigation.
