Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Advance Payments: Non-refundable once development begins.

• Milestone Payments: Refundable only if Webion fails to deliver as per the contract.

• Subscription/Maintenance Plans: Pro-rated refunds for unused periods.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Completed work (designs, code, deployed apps).

• Third-party costs (domain, hosting, API licenses).

• Change of mind post-delivery.

3. Refund Process

1. Submit a request via support@webion.in within 7 days of dispute.

2. Provide project details and reason for refund.

3. Refunds processed within 15 business days (if approved).

4. Chargebacks & Fraud

• Unjustified chargebacks will lead to legal action and project suspension.
